Liquid cleaner for polyurethane systems.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

Cleaning the residues of PUR glues in melting or application systems

CHARACTERISTICS:

Oily based liquid on polyols used as a cleaning agent for objects contaminated with polyurethanes and reactive hot melts e.g. melting or application equipments.

APPLICATION:

PUR Cleaner 892 HL is heated up to 180 °C in a thermo-oil tank with thermostat (avoid overheating). The contaminated parts are put into the cleaning bath for 3-4 hours. After that the PUR contaminations are solved so that residues can be removed easily with a jet of water. Remove the cleaning agent thoroughly and dry all parts before using. PUR cleaner 892 HL is suitable for multiple uses. Use the hot liquid cleaner with care and avoid splashing, danger of burns.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE:

Plastic canister 10 kg. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date in optimal storage conditions (cool and dry; 15 - 25 °C)
